Fragrance Creators Association Applauds Inclusion of the ‘Modernization of Cosmetics Regulations Act’ in FY2023 Omnibus Appropriations Bill

Concerns remain over future individual state actions negatively impacting competition, limit innovation and cause consumer confusion.

Farah K. Ahmed, president & CEO, Fragrance Creators Association, issued a statement to Congress this week applauding the inclusion of the “Modernization of Cosmetics Regulations Act” in the FY2023 omnibus appropriations bill, urging its approval.
